WITHIN OUR BOARD AND MEMBERSHIP

I'm Jeffery Herrick, Founder of Lightworker Services. A great deal of time & effort have gone into the creation of this. Will you help me with the next steps. 

• Build a Diverse Board, 

• Finding our Members,

• Filling Committees 

• Other important rolls within the organization.

Key roles to be filled

Directors of :

-Marketing 

Duties include

• Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products

• Execute projects with the team to create content

• Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the          company website, email and other platforms.

• Monitor project status

• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) 

   to help shape future marketing strategies

• Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns

• Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a  or similar role

• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods

• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired

• Well-organized and detail-oriented

• Exceptional communication and writing skills

• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

-Grant Management (Subset teams)

-Board Management   **(Diversity, Organizational Document over site, Occupational and     wage standards)**

-Architecture and Engineering (subset project management)

-Education (full subset education board)

Committee Members

Non-voting committee members. (Brain storming idea teams to support the various Directors role. Very important, mostly volunteer teams ideas.) who enjoy driving

Our mission 

Inspire Humanity ;;  Create Opportunities through Education;  Further Empowering Humanity by bringing awareness to the areas of, Mental Health, Veterans Affairs, Homelessness, Civil Liberties, and Human Rights.

Within the Mission will have two or primary areas of focus.

The Opportunities through Education program; #1,  skilled trades program, utilizing shipping containers as labs in the end product of 480 sqft homes we will deliver into the communities of need.

#2 will have the health and wellness of the community. Focusing on Mental Health and all subject matter fortifying well-being.
